Terms of sale
The reservation of rooms is subject to the payment of a deposit representing of 100% refundable till 30 days before arrival.
Article 1: object
This contract is intended for the exclusive use of the reservation of stays in bed and breakfast. The best welcome will be reserved for our guests. The owner agrees to ensure personally the reception of the vacationers with all the desirable attentions allowing to facilitate their stay and the knowledge of the region.
Article 2 - Length of stay
The signatory customer of this contract concluded for a fixed term will in no circumstances be able to claim any right to maintain the premises.
Article 3 - Booking and Conclusion of the contract
The reservation becomes effective when the customer has sent to the owner a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the price of the stay with a minimum of one night per room and a copy of the contract or estimate signed before the date indicated on the reservation contract. The second copy of the contract is to be retained by the customer. Prices are inclusive of all charges.
Article 4 - Cancellation by the customer
Any cancellation must be notified by letter or e-mail with acknowledgment of receipt sent to the owner.
a) Cancellation before the beginning of the stay: if the cancellation intervenes more than 30 days before the beginning of the stay, the deposit is completely refund.
If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the start of the stay, the deposit remains with the owner who reserves the right to claim the balance the price of accommodation.
b) If the customer does not appear before 8 pm on the scheduled day of the beginning of the stay, this contract becomes void and the owner can dispose of his
guest rooms. The deposit remains with the owner who reserves the right to claim the balance of the price of accommodation.
c) In case of shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of the accommodation remains fully acquired to the owner.
Additional services not consumed will be refunded.
Article 5 - Cancellation by the owner
When before the beginning of the stay, the owner cancels this stay, he must inform the customer by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
The customer without prejudging recourse for compensation for any damage suffered, will be refunded immediately sums paid.
Article 6 - Arrival
The client must be present on the specified day between 17h30 and 19h00. In case of late or delayed arrival, the customer must inform the owner.
Article 7 - Breakfasts
The breakfasts are served between 8:30 and 10:00. A quarter of an hour before or after this time slot is accepted at the request of the customer.
Article 8 - Payment of the balance
The balance is to be paid upon arrival at the owner.
Consumption and additional services not mentioned in the contract or estimate will be paid at the end of stay to the owner.
Article 9 - Tourist tax
The tourist tax is a local tax that the customer must pay to the owner who then transfers it to the public treasury.
Article 10 - Use of the premises
The client must respect the peaceful character of the premises and use them according to their destination. No meals can be taken in the rooms. He commits himself to make the rooms in good condition and will have to declare any deterioration of which he could be responsible and to assume the repairs.
The whole house is a non-smoking area.
Article 11 - Capacity
This contract is for a specific number of people. If the number of clients exceeds this number, the owner is able to deny additional customers.
This refusal can not be considered as a modification or a breach of the contract on the initiative of the owner, so that in case of departure of a number of customers higher than those refused, no refund can be considered.
Article 12 - Animals
Animals are not allowed. In case of departure of a customer motivated by the refusal of his animal, no refund can be envisaged.
